Uniformed servers arrive two hours before service with either an NSF-approved 8-burner commercial flame grill or one of our three hot cart designs—New York–style, hot-dog-shaped, or vintage. Only the vintage cart is approved for indoor use (operating on indoor-safe butane and chafing fuel), allowing service inside on any floor of your building. Outdoor service available with all cart styles and the 8-burner grill

BBQ Sandwich

Your choice of smoked meat served locally baked buns from Denton’s Home Pride Bakery with a topping bar that includes diced onion, sliced pickled jalapeños, pickles, BBQ sauce; includes a bag of assorted chips.

BBQ Sliders

Smoked meat of your choice on locally baked 2.5-inch buns with diced onion, sliced pickled jalapeños, pickles, and BBQ sauce.

Ballpark BBQ Nachos

Tortilla chips with cheese sauce, your choice of smoked meat, pico de gallo, sliced pickled jalapeños, sour cream, and diced onion.

BBQ Street Tacos

Select any two smoked meats on fresh-grilled corn tortillas. Topped with diced onion, cilantro, and fresh lime. Served with ranch-style beans and Mexican rice
